The hotel is ideally located, close to a vibrant part of the town with excellent dining options and places to enjoy a drink. The room was well-appointed but slightly small; I would opt for a larger room on my next stay. Service was top-notch, especially thanks to our butler Felipe Munoz, and the cleaning staff was exceptionally sweet. The location is superb, just around the corner from various bars, restaurants, and shopping areas. The dining experience was satisfactory but could use a wider variety at breakfast. Overall, a great choice for a stay in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were large, pristine clean, and offered great value considering the size and amenities. The location was nice, facing the busy Jules Verno. However, the room was too small for a king bed, barely leaving enough space for our bags to fit in.

I chose this hotel because it's very safe in the beautiful Polanco area, close to business centers, restaurants, and shopping. The rooms are big and nice, with built-in heaters making them cozy for winter. The service was professional and accommodating, though a bit distant at times.
